To many businesses, the rules of the game sometimes seem to require more attention than the game itself. So that my clients can keep their minds on business, therefore, I have made it my business to keep up with changes and trends in the law early enough to make them a part of my clients’ strategic planning.
Since my clients are often involved in international transactions, my experience and capabilities extend beyond domestic laws to a working knowledge of the laws of important jurisdictions abroad. Originally, I was admitted to practice law in New York City where I began my career in a litigation department of a major New York law firm. Part of an 'elite' group of business litigators, I specialized in complex litigation, most often focused on the securities industry, and mainly in the US Federal Courts. Later, I transitioned my career into handling transactional matters, and upon emigrating to Israel I developed my career into an international business practice, including capital raisings and technology in the hi-tech space. I am proud to say that I earned my reputation as an international lawyer by building my practice on solid capabilities.
